An employer-paid Long Term Disability Income Insurance plan underwritten by ReliaStar Life Insurance Company (a Voya company) for Uplift Education employees, providing 50% of monthly earnings up to $7,500 per month following a 180-day elimination period, with benefits payable to Social Security Normal Retirement Age.
